Svitlana, who joined 3Q in August 2017, loves conversion optimization because it is very stimulating, as it requires both empathy and logic. It is humbling and it builds resilience. She loves combining in-depth customer research with data to conduct smart experiments and grow revenue. Before 3Q, Svitlana managed localization projects (on the agency side as well as in-house at Apple). On the marketing front, she consulted startups on user acquisition and retention. She got her Masters in English and likes writing, foreign languages (she speaks five and is working on her sixth), Latin dance (bachata is her favorite), singing, and barre. Svitlana is originally from Ukraine and now lives in Pleasant Hill with her husband and son.
