Normanisa, who joined 3Q in July 2018, is a digital expert who has enjoyed the opportunity to lead and manage successful search and social campaigns across the markets of APAC and Africa. Her portfolio includes Unilever, MSIG, Coke, IBM, Qantas, ACCOR, Club 21.

Her most recent stint in Unilever gave her extensive experience in the digital landscape of the FMCG industry. She managed up to 50 brands in Indonesia and Vietnam, being the key driver in landing regional plans while giving actionable input for global strategies. In October 2017, she was handpicked to represent Singapore in a Worldwide Development program at the London HQ office.

Her keen interest in digitally innovative technologies is combined with core competencies in search, project management, client servicing, and strategy development. Committed, articulate and a multi-tasker, she is always keen to take on new challenges within the fast-growing digital ecosystem.

Beyond search, she loves to sing – in the shower or on stage.

Hillary Read joined 3Q Digital in August 2011 after over 5 years of e-commerce site and product management at ivgStores, LLC, and Mercantila, Inc. Prior to 3Q, Hillary was a sportswriter for the Burlington (VT) Free Press and a sports copy editor for the Boston Globe. She graduated from Harvard with a degree in English; she has also spent time in New Mexico as an artist-in-residence (fiction writing) at the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation in Taos, NM. She is a sports zealot and has a working knowledge of French.
