Lauren, who joined 3Q in July 2018, is a native San Diegan and outdoor enthusiast. She managed a climbing gym throughout college and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Humanities and Fine Arts, but primarily from Culinary School with an Emphasis in Baking and Pastry. She worked as a Pastry Chef for some of the highest fine-dining restaurants in San Diego for several years before joining a small local start-up and helping them launch into a national retailer. After getting her feet wet in the business world, Lauren left the culinary world to focus on improving the workplace environment and culture for others. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, Yoga, baking (obviously), and being the most silly and sarcastic person you’ve ever met. She considers it a life goal to make others laugh and enjoy their lives.
