John, who joined 3Q’s Decision Sciences team in May 2018, was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He has a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University, where he was a member of the Varsity Lightweight Crew team, as well as a Research Assistant in the Gender & Sexuality Studies laboratory. After relocating to New York City post-graduation, John quickly realized his passions for providing top-notch client service, transparency, and succinct strategic insights within the digital space. Prior to 3Q, John worked as a Client Solutions team lead at the Kepler Group, working on both the Sling TV and One Kings Lane accounts. He also worked as a Digital Sales Planner for GQ.com at Conde Nast. In his free time, John enjoys creative writing, flexing his pop-culture and film knowledge, and planning his next adventure.

Hillary Read joined 3Q Digital in August 2011 after over 5 years of e-commerce site and product management at ivgStores, LLC, and Mercantila, Inc. Prior to 3Q, Hillary was a sportswriter for the Burlington (VT) Free Press and a sports copy editor for the Boston Globe. She graduated from Harvard with a degree in English; she has also spent time in New Mexico as an artist-in-residence (fiction writing) at the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation in Taos, NM. She is a sports zealot and has a working knowledge of French.
