Aaron joined 3Q Digital in the fall of 2015 with over 16 years experience in digital advertising, focusing on conversion path optimization and UX design. As Vice President of Creative Services, Aaron’s primary goal is client success through data-driven experience design, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Prior to joining 3Q, Aaron was Director of Creative Services at iProspect, where he led campaign asset design, development, and CRO efforts for brands such as Adobe, Intel, ADP, Hilton Honors, Lenovo, Wells Fargo, Epicor, and others. Previously he co-managed the Interactive group at Y&R San Francisco, where he was responsible for designing, developing, and executing digital advertising campaigns for brands such as Microsoft, Hitachi Data Systems, Dr Pepper, and 7UP. Aaron received his BA from Oberlin College and his MA from Yale University.
