Get to know Maury Domengeaux, SVP of Operations, working out of our San Francisco Bay Area offices.

What’s the first metric you check when you start the day?

The 3Q Revenue Dashboard details projected revenue for the current month by client and service.  I then compare revenue to date with the projection to estimate where we are likely to come in for the year. This is important because everyone’s bonus is determined by the revenue we achieve as a team.

What is your favorite advertising campaign? 

A piece of direct mail called: Introducing the Law of Undiminishing Returns, by Porsche. The graphics, lay-out, messaging, and call to action are fantastic. They even got the url foreveramazing.com for campaign responses and included a USB stick in the shape of a 911 in the brochure.

What is your favorite thing to brag about at 3Q?

Local Perks. I love how taking the perks local gives each office the power to choose how they will invest their perks budget based entirely upon local team interests. It demonstrates perfectly our value of driving responsibility and choice as far as possible throughout our organization.

 What’s the best part of your office? (and specify the office)
The small private garden with chairs, benches, tables, and WiFi in the SF office is an amazing feature to have in a SoMa location (or any office for that matter!).

What is your motivation to come into work every day?

Every day I wake up I feel fortunate to be working in Digital Marketing, for 3Q in the Bay Area. We are living through the Golden Age of Digital and San Francisco’s SoMa, a unique experience, similar to the Roaring ’20s.  Our opportunity is all the motivation I need to get excited.

What is on your bucket list? 

Hike the Incan Trail, pursue a second career as an Archeologist, Dive Shipwrecks, learn how to work on classic cars, become a micro-distiller.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? 

Thursday Night Hoops at a local middle school gym.   A small group of us play pick-up basketball for 2 hours and then drink beer and watch SportsCenter.
