Explain your role at 3Q in 3 sentences or fewer:
I help optimize search and social advertisements for clients. I contribute to reports, run tests, and offer suggestions for strategy.
What sets 3Q apart from other agencies in the industry?
The culture. Everyone is happy to be help and genuinely wants you to succeed.
How is 3Q different from other agencies you’ve worked at?
All the benefits of a large company with the family feel of a smaller one.
Have you participated in 3Q 3%? If so, what’s been your favorite experience?
Not yet! I am really proud to work at a company that has a program like this.
What’s something that makes your office cooler than the other 3Q offices?

When coworkers from other offices come to visit, what’s one thing they absolutely have to do in your city?
I’ve only been in San Diego for two weeks, but definitely go to the beach!
Your team is hiring. What are the benefits for someone looking to join?
Someone who is curious, creative, honest, and confident.
What’s one marketing lesson you wished you had learned earlier?
I wish I had more experience with functions and tables in Excel.
What’s one life lesson you wish you’d learned earlier?
There’s no such thing as free!
How do you spend your free time?
Work out, follow sports, hike, watch an absurd amount of Netflix.
What is your next adventure?

My dog Pete is at home in Portland but I still Facetime him to see how he’s doing.
