Holiday Love for Our Clients

I love this time of year. Between the color of the leaves, the crisp air, and long list of reasons to celebrate, it’s a glorious season. From a PPC standpoint, you’re either on high alert on the e-commerce side or being lulled to sleep by the B2B doldrums. Ultimately, it’s a time to reflect and be thankful for what you have. It’s also a time to take stock of what you’ve accomplished and plan for the next year.
This year, PPC Associates decided to send each of our clients gift boxes from Foodzie.com (one of our clients) along with a hand-written note. Given how much time we spend working with our clients and how important they are to our success, it seemed like the right thing to do. The response we’ve received from our clients has been overwhelming. It reaffirmed our belief that for our agency, it’s the personal touches that make all the difference.
There’s a tendency in the performance marketing world to make everything about the numbers. While metrics drive conversation and achieving goals determines success, the people side of the agency business is the special ingredient that ties it all together. Taking a personal interest in the success of your business partners makes all the difference. Whether it’s a small token of appreciation, a personal note, or something as simple as asking “How was your weekend?”, if you take the time to focus on the human side of business, you just might find yourself become more successful and your business thriving.
