Take some time today to get to know Search Account manager Michael Crane, who works out of our Chicago office.
What’s the first metric you check when you start the day?
2: Spend and Conversions.
What is your favorite thing to brag about at 3Q?
It’s a long list! Primarily, the chance to work with savvy Silicon Valley companies as well as the exposure to all facets of digital marketing.
What’s the best part of your office?
Chicago has a great culture, and everyone is supportive and willing to share knowledge.
Which of 3Q’s core values is most important to you, and why?
Treat everyone as a client. I place a lot of value on how you treat people, no matter their role.
If you had to switch offices, which office would you pick and why?
That’s tough. I’ve long had a fascination with SF, so it’d probably be there, though I once lived in NYC for a few years and a return there would be like going home!
What is your motivation to come into work every day?
The chance to work with interesting and cutting-edge clients in a continually evolving industry.
What has been your favorite perk item/activity?
I thought Headquarters Beercade was neat. Original old-school video games and, of course, beer. That’s a great combination.
What trips have you gone on/do you plan to go on with your unlimited PTO?
I went to Malaysia earlier in the year, which was amazing. I’ve actually never been to Hawaii, so I envision a visit sometime soon.
Hot dogs or hamburgers?
Hot dogs. Chicago-style. Relish, tomato, hot peppers, celery salt, onion, mustard – and no ketchup!
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my wife, Susan, and son, Matthew, (6), exercising, and playing/listening to music.
