This is the subhead for the blog post
What’s the first metric you check when you start the day?
Organic traffic. I work in SEO, so…
What’s one metric you rarely bother to check?
Sacramento Kings’ opponent points per game. I know it’s bad. I don’t need to know how bad.
What one quality do you think is most important in successful digital marketers today?
The ability to communicate very complicated ideas into a simple argument. Analysis is one thing, but getting another mind to sync with yours is really an art.
What is your favorite thing to brag about at 3Q?
I work with awesome people who love their jobs and make me love my job.
Who is the unsung hero of your team?
Everyone on my team sings and they sing well.
Care to share your favorite spot to work from home?
This desk looking out through this window.

Would you rather fight 100 duck sized horses, or one horse sized duck?

What is on your bucket list?
See a field of fireflies, record an album, visit Morocco, and get a short story published.
What is your motivation to come into work every day?
Oliver Eldredge and I have an ongoing prank war that I’m constantly winning, so I always look forward to that. Every time he tries to punk me, I get him back tenfold; I’m like a boomerang made of steel, or that whack-a-mole that always gets away. It’s funny because he’s the Director of Internal Learning, yet he’s constantly getting schooled when it comes to pranks. Look, here’s a Google Trends graph to prove my point:
For real though, I’m motivated by my amazing coworkers and being lucky enough to work in a field that gets more interesting every day.
