What’s the first metric you check when you start the day?
What’s one metric you rarely bother to check?
What one quality do you think is most important in successful digital marketers today?
I think being versatile is extremely important in this industry. Things are constantly changing in digital marketing, so if you aren’t able to adapt quickly, your life will be difficult.
What is your favorite thing to brag about at 3Q?
So many things, but I’d have to say the culture. We have a great culture at 3Q. Not only is everyone extremely talented, but they are also fun to work with. Unlimited PTO, WFH, and local perks don’t hurt either.
What’s the best part of your office?
My favorite part of the Chicago office is the location. I love working downtown in the heart of the financial district. There is an exciting energy when you are down there, and you are close to so many quintessential Chicago spots. I love being in walking distance to so much, whether it be the lake, Chicago River, theaters, shopping, or museums.
What advice do you have for someone who wants to work at 3Q?
Take advantage of the collaborative environment, and the ability to learn from the best. Every day I learn something new, and that is because of the constant knowledge sharing throughout all areas of the company.
Which of 3Q’s core values is most important to you, and why?
Emotional Quotient. It’s important that we have strong analytical skills, but I believe the personal relationships we build with our clients are our strongest differentiator. The goal is for the client to think of us not as an agency, but an extension of their team.
Which 3Q value do you most embody, and how do you embody it?
I think I embody the Emotional Quotient value the most. For me, I want my clients to know I have a personal stake in their business. It doesn’t take much to show your client you care and are willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s being quick to respond to emails, remembering to follow up, or over-delivering on a report, those little things have a large impact. If you are able to build a strong relationship with a client, your life will be much easier.

My moleskin/notepad. I can’t survive without taking notes and making lists.
