3Q Digital is proud of our best asset: our staff. Today, Account Director Caitlin Halpert shares her answers to some of our pressing questions (and some fun ones too).
What one quality do you think is most important in successful digital marketers today?
Adaptability is core to being a good digital marketer. The industry is constantly changing, and keeping up with that change rather than relying on the old best practices is key to success.
What’s the best part of your office?
The best part of the Vermont office is the gorgeous lake views from our space.
Care to share your favorite spot to work from home?
When I am working from home, which is rare, it’s almost exclusively from bed. It’s a good thing my office desk is very ergonomic to make up for that vice.
What does 3Q’s culture mean to you?
3Q culture means providing an environment that fosters non-work interactions between office members. I try and create a fun and positive atmosphere here in Vermont since we’re such a small office. Getting along is critically important to working in this office, so our culture needs to be extremely strong and cohesive.
Which of 3Q’s core values is most important to you, and why?
Own it! That’s definitely the most important value. When team members own their successes AND failures, we’re able to learn from both situations and foster the best possible client relationships.
What trips have you gone on/do you plan to go on with your unlimited PTO?
Vacation is really important to me – it’s my primary “life” balance to work. In the past year, I’ve been to St. Maarten, Roatan, and Miami Beach. In the next few months, I’ll be heading to Jackson Hole and Cozumel. I’ve always got some adventure in the works.
Hot dogs or hamburgers?
I’m vegan – so a veggie burger for me!
What’s your favorite thing on your desk?
I’ve started a collection of Google Androids – I have three so far.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
