David Rodnitzky is CEO of 3Q Digital, a position he has held since founding the company in 2008. Prior to 3Q Digital, David held senior marketing roles at several Silicon Valley companies, including Rentals.com, FindLaw, Adteractive, and Mercantila. David has a BA from the University of Chicago and a JD from the University of Iowa. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, photography, rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes, and spending time with his family, though not necessarily in that order.
Rob, who joined 3Q in September 2019, oversees the agency’s operations in the U.S. and abroad. He leads the initiatives of scaling 3Q’s offering and geographic footprint to meet the needs of disruptive high-growth and enterprise organizations. Rob has spent the last 20 years in the digital marketing world. Previously, he was President and Global CEO of iProspect, an agency he helped scale from $1M to $250M and to 1,700 employees in 55 offices in 40 countries around the globe. In Rob’s time at iProspect, the agency was named “Leader” in the first three Forrester Wave reports and served many enterprise clients including P&G, Sears, Walgreens, and Hilton Hotels. After a 13-year career at iProspect, Rob served as President of Skyword, where he scaled the business significantly during his five-year tenure. Rob is passionate about building winning teams, leading transformation, and aggressively scaling organizations.
Ellen is the Chief Revenue Officer at 3Q and is responsible for leading Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining 3Q in January 2016, Ellen spent over 10 years at iCrossing. Partnering with clients like LEGO, Charles Schwab, HSN, and Travelocity, she created strategies for multi-channel programs across complex organizations. Ellen has worked in marketing, client services, strategy, and all areas of digital marketing including website design and architecture, SEM, SEO, email, marketing automation, content, and social media. In her tenure at 3Q, she has increased the number of enterprise clients and has developed 3Q’s go-to-market strategy for new business.
As Chief Growth Officer, Brian provides strategic direction and thought leadership for 3Q Digital’s client roster. He brings 15 years of experience working in client services and business development for search- and social-focused marketing organizations. Brian spent 3+ years at iSearchMedia running the client services organization before iSearch was acquired by 3Q Digital. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Laura, 3Q Digital’s Chief People Officer, has been with the company since 2009. After starting out as a search engine marketer, she found her passion in building processes and teams, and helping shape the company culture. Since 2014, she’s led the company’s People Operations. Prior to 3Q, Laura spent several years living abroad as an English teacher, translator, writer, and student. She has a degree in Linguistics from the University of Chicago.
SVP of Client Services
Diego, who joined 3Q Digital in October 2011, has been in digital marketing since 2008. He began specializing in paid search at Covario, where he managed several multi-million-dollar campaigns. Diego graduated from St. Mary’s College with a degree in Business Administration; he is a former semi-pro soccer player and an avid soccer fan.
Julie Honor is General Counsel at 3Q Digital. She manages the organization’s legal risks, negotiates commercial contracts and corporate transactions, and advises on employment, data privacy, litigation, and intellectual property matters. Prior to her role at 3Q, Julie built out and led the legal department at Rise Interactive and managed North American commercial work for Anixter. She brings to 3Q a unique background, having specialized in change management consulting, where she worked with clients to re-engineer processes and optimize organizational design, in addition to her years in private practice focusing on class action, business, and intellectual property litigation. Julie graduated cum laude from Indiana University – Maurer School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree with the highest distinction in supply chain and information systems from The Pennsylvania State University.

VP of Client Services
Christine Baker was raised in Minneapolis, graduated from Northwestern University, and moved out to San Francisco soon after. She joined iSearch Media in 2010 and stayed with the company through its acquisition by 3Q Digital in 2014. Christine enjoys the constantly evolving industry and overcoming the new challenges that crop up every day.
Head of Corporate Comms
Hillary joined 3Q in August 2011 after over 5 years of eCommerce site and product management. Prior to her move to the West Coast, Hillary was a sportswriter for the Burlington (VT) Free Press and a sports copy editor for the Boston Globe. She graduated from Harvard with a degree in English; she has also spent time in New Mexico as an artist-in-residence (fiction writing) at the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation in Taos, NM. She currently serves on the board of both Lyric Theatre (VT) and the Young Writers Project.
VP of SEO
Leslie, a UC Berkeley alumna (#gobears), loves digging into SEO and Analytics almost as much as she loves her cat and reading. Leslie started at iSearch Media (later acquired by 3Q Digital) in May 2011 and became a channel leader thanks to her acumen in analytics, technical know-how, and voracious research. Leslie is a regular on the SEO speaking circuit; she’s starred on panels at presentations at SMX Advanced, SMX East, SMX West, and Engage.
GM of 3Q Accelerate
Sana has worked in digital marketing since 2009, with stints at QuinStreet and Accenture preceding her tenure at 3Q. Sana has worked with a range of clients, from SMBs to enterprise accounts, helping companies make exponential revenue gains and driving profit in verticals including insurance, travel, and eCommerce. Sana’s expertise in SEM, paid social, the Google Display Network, remarketing, and lead quality has been fueled by a data-centric methodology reinforced in her Accelerate team.
VP of Technology
Carl joined 3Q in August 2012 after a yoga—teaching, soul—searching and travel-filled sabbatical. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at various incarnations of Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, where he directed IT infrastructure, security, and support throughout the company’s lifecycle of startup, going public, expanding internationally organically, and through acquisitions. Carl has managed tech for offices in US cities, London, Barcelona, Bombay, Madrid, Paris, Munich, and Dubai.

Joseph Kerschbaum joined 3Q in April of 2013. Even though he has been working on SEM campaigns for over 10 years, and he has worked with hundreds of clients in almost every vertical imaginable, Joseph loves that he learns something new in this industry every day. Joseph is a regular contributor to Search Engine Watch, Hero Conf, and the SMX series; he’s also the coauthor of the Sybex book Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Marketing: An Hour a Day and is a published poet and spoken word artist.

Oliver has worked in digital marketing since 2007; he joined 3Q Digital in November of 2013. He has a BA in Mathematics from San Francisco State and is passionate about all things related to training and coaching. Since joining 3Q, Oliver has focused on creating training programs that utilize hands-on experiences in small-group formats. He loves the Sierras and can usually be found outside in his free time.
VP of Growth Strategy
Blair Matsuura is the head of the Growth Strategy team, which uncovers 3Q clients’ biggest growth challenges and proactively develops solutions inside and outside of paid media. Blair has extensive experience partnering directly with industry-leading growth teams across the B2C, B2B, SaaS, and App verticals, diagnosing issues and driving long-term growth. Blair joined 3Q Digital in 2013 and has worked in the tech space since 2011. As a lifelong learner, Blair graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology and enjoys outdoor climbing and summiting California fourteeners in his free time.

As the leader of business development, Caitlin is responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and new ideas to enable 3Q to best serve new clients. She has worked in digital marketing since 2011 and held positions at Dealer.com and iSearchMedia before joining the 3Q team in March 2014. Caitlin specializes in data-focused digital marketing experimentation to push past “best practices” to drive performance for agency clients. Caitlin graduated from Dartmouth College and is a native of Vermont.

Kate joined 3Q in April 2014 and has worked in the world of digital marketing since 2010. Born and raised in Upstate New York, Kate chased the sun down south to The University of Tampa, where she received her undergraduate degree in marketing and later her MBA. Kate’s experience spans the B2B, B2C, app, and SaaS verticals. She loves helping solve problems for her clients and working in an ever-changing industry where she learns something new every day. Outside of work, Kate enjoys all the amazing benefits that come with living in America’s Finest City (San Diego): sun, sand, and 70-degree weather year-round!
VP of Creative Services
Aaron joined 3Q in the fall of 2015 with 16 years of experience in digital advertising, focusing on conversion path optimization and UX design. He grows clients through data-driven experience design, creative testing, and CRO. Prior to joining 3Q, Aaron was Director of Creative Services at iProspect, where he led asset design, development, and CRO for brands such as Adobe, Intel, ADP, Hilton Honors, Lenovo, Wells Fargo, and others. Aaron received his BA from Oberlin and his MA from Yale.
VP of Decision Sciences
Prior to joining 3Q Digital in December 2015, Feliks served as the Group Director of Analytics with R/GA, where he led Commerce, Personalization, Audience Development, Tag Management, and Automation initiatives. His experience spans the Publishing, CPG, Commerce, Telecom, Entertainment, Finance, Travel, Luxury, and Healthcare verticals for brands including Godiva, Samsung, L’Oréal, Verizon, TD, Fossil, Life Reimagined by AARP, Lincoln Center, Bank of America, Hilton, P&G, and Panasonic.
VP of Strategy
Alex joined 3Q Digital in the fall of 2016; he leads efforts to grow and connect teams of cross-functional digital marketers in the areas of search, programmatic, social media, user experience design, and analytics. Prior to 3Q, Alex was the Senior Director of Global Paid Media Strategy at iProspect, where he worked with brands including Microsoft, Petco, Intel, Hilton, Adobe, Choice Hotels, Gap, T-Mobile, and Sony. Alex has a degree in Mass Media Communication from the University of San Diego.
VP of Marketing
Linda, who joined 3Q Digital in February 2020, is responsible for overseeing corporate marketing initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and expansion through demand generation and account based marketing programs.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Linda has a proven track record in positioning, differentiating, and brand-building for both small and large companies including Merkle, ServiceSource, Dell, Motorola, and Avnet. She also has 10 years of experience in helping build start-ups by partnering with owners to develop transformation strategies in change and brand management, plan and implement go-to-market strategies, and achieve aggressive growth goals. Linda lives in the Denver area and enjoys cuddling with her rescue dog, spending time with her two kids, and hosting living-room recreations of Bob Ross paintings.
