We ensure employees are equipped with the information they need to do their jobs well. Our exec team offers 1:1 meetings and open-door access to employees with ideas on how to improve the company. In terms of learning opportunities, we offer both industry-specific and non-industry-specific lunch and learns, and our dedicated training team teaches employees at all levels 3Q methodology, from channel specifics to creating reports to presentation skills and beyond. And all employees receive two reviews yearly to make sure performance, skill development, and goals are aligned.
We believe financial well-being extends past a competitive salary and 401k program. We offer unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays to encourage 3Qers to rest and relax outside the office. We’re especially proud of our unique LocalPerks: each office decides its own perks, including office happy hours and events, games, weekly catered lunch, and a stocked kitchen. 3Q is home to several dog-friendly offices. Our Interview Process

If selected to move forward, you’ll be connected with a recruiter to discuss your background and interests in 3Q and possibly complete an assessment.
You’ll be invited to speak and meet with several 3Qers, after which you’ll hear from the recruiter you’ve been working with to discuss next steps.

Employees can take vacation, sick, and mental-health days as needed throughout the year, as long as they are meeting their deadlines and performance goals, coverage is arranged, and their manager approves. Employees can take a maximum of three weeks (15 business days) at a time.

We’ve found the office environment to be most effective for collaboration and team-building. However, on occasion, we do hire for remote roles; this will always be noted in the job description.
