Executive Leadership team
Rob was brought into 3Q Digital to grow and scale our offerings, talent base, and geographic footprint to meet the needs of our disruptive high-growth and enterprise organizations. Previously, he was Global CEO of iProspect, an agency he grew to $250M and to 1,700 employees in 55 offices in 40 countries around the globe. He led iProspect to be named “Leader” in the first three Forrester Wave reports and served many enterprise clients including P&G, Sears, Walgreens, and Hilton Hotels. Rob is passionate about building winning teams, leading transformation, and aggressively scaling organizations. Rob earned a master of business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in management from Boston College. He lives in Boston with his wife, Stephanie and two sons, Chase (11) and Grant (6) as well as his teddy bear dog, Milo who is 13.
Ellen is the chief revenue officer at 3Q Digital and is responsible for leading Business Development and Marketing. Prior to joining 3Q Digital in January 2016, Ellen spent 10 years at iCrossing partnering with clients like LEGO, Charles Schwab, HSN, and Travelocity to create strategies for enterprise digital media programs. Ellen has worked in marketing, client services, strategy, and all areas of digital marketing. While at 3Q Digital, she has increased the number of enterprise clients and has developed 3Q Digital’s go-to-market strategy for marketing and new business. Ellen is a yoga-loving foodie with over 15 years of ashtanga yoga practice.
Laura, 3Q Digital’s Chief People Officer, has been with 3Q Digital since its inception and has been instrumental in shaping the company culture through rapid growth. After starting out as a digital marketer, she built out 3Q Digital’s internal production and training functions, where she discovered her passion for building processes and teams. Since 2014, she’s led the company’s People Operations. Prior to 3Q Digital, Laura spent several years living abroad as an English teacher, writer, and student. She has a degree in Linguistics with honors from the University of Chicago. In her free time, Laura enjoys doing puzzles, hiking, and singing along to musicals.
Shane joined 3Q Digital in October 2019 as chief financial officer. He is responsible for all financial, accounting, legal, and IT aspects of the company. Prior to joining 3Q Digital, Shane spent most of his career building disruptive high-growth companies backed by private equity. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer of Rewards Network, a leading marketing services and loyalty platform where he facilitated the company’s successful sale to a top-tier private equity firm. Shane is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family at their farm in Northern Illinois.
Sam joined 3Q Digital in July 2020 as chief strategy officer after holding the same position at iProspect since 2014. At iProspect, he was instrumental in building strategy to shape the agency through the development of new service lines and acquisition targets. Sam has deep experience across media, creative, and entertainment, working with clients across a number of verticals including technology, retail, hospitality, and CPG. Sam has the unique ability to predict consumer and digital trends, and he believes the key to the future is in the strategic amplification of holistic digital performance marketing. Sam earned a bachelor of arts in English language and literature from Colorado State University. He lives in Denver and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
Stephanie is the Chief Client Officer at 3Q Digital and is responsible for partnering with clients to deliver positive business results. She has over 24 years of experience developing and leading multi-channel marketing strategy and implementation – with expertise in digital experience and demand generation. Prior to 3Q Digital, she worked with a wide range of brands from start-ups to Fortune 100s at global agencies like Havas/EURO RSCG and McCann Worldgroup. Stephanie is a strategic problem solver, direct communicator, and passionate team leader with a focus on ROI. She earned a bachelor of science in communications from Weber State University. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, yoga, and fostering rescued animals with the help of her daughters.
Chief of Staff
Adrienne Abrams has played several key cross-functional roles at 3Q Digital since joining in March 2014, leading to her becoming 3Q Digital’s first chief of staff in 2020. Adrienne oversees and prioritizes strategic initiatives at the executive level. She has worked in marketing and advertising for more than 20 years across various digital channels, print, radio, and television. Adrienne has a bachelor of arts in humanities from the University of British Columbia. She is active in the local Jewish and non-profit communities, having served on boards in both executive and trustee positions and as cofounder of a non-profit community theater. Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, practicing yoga, and trying out new vegetarian recipes.
Senior Leadership team
As the leader of the creative team, David is responsible for ensuring 3Q has a diverse and efficient offering to answer all client, creative needs. A NYU film school Alumnus, David brings a storyteller and filmmaker background to his approach to performance creative. Before joining 3Q in 2021, David was the VP, Executive Creative Director at Mutesix. When he is not working, he can be found in the mountains of Southern Oregon, relaxing with his dog, Cola and his cat, Abe.
Sana has worked in digital marketing since 2009, with stints at QuinStreet and Accenture preceding her tenure at 3Q Digital. She has experience with a variety of clients, from SMBs to enterprise accounts, helping companies make exponential revenue gains and driving profit in verticals including insurance, travel, and eCommerce. Sana’s expertise in SEM, paid social, the Google Display Network, remarketing, and lead quality has been fueled by a data-centric methodology reinforced in her Accelerate team. Sana earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from UC Davis.She is an avid road biker and once rode a bike from San Francisco to San Diego in one week.
Erica joined 3Q Digital in January 2020 as VP, finance, serving as a strategic business partner to our client service teams and overseeing financial planning and operating performance. Motivated to find creative solutions to complex problems, Erica is passionate about challenging the status quo and accepting no limits. Prior to joining 3Q Digital, Erica spent the last decade in finance roles for both Edelman and Leo Burnett, advising her teams on pricing and client growth strategy, optimizing staffing structures, and managing high-growth practices. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In her spare time, Erica enjoys photography, live music, and cheering on her beloved Northwestern Wildcats football team.
SVP, Client Services
Amie oversees client-facing teams and drives account plans and relationships for 3Q’s clients, while also serving as an advisor, coach, and mentor to digital marketing professionals on the team. Amie is responsible for 3Q’s client retention, client and employee NPS, and revenue per employee. She also identifies opportunities to grow the business, streamline operations, and improve the client delivery organization, including building the right processes to help the company scale efficiently and creating new staffing models that leverage automation to improve margin enhancement. A former Division 1 field hockey athlete, Amie is the mother of two amazing daughters, a strong DEIB advocate, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College.
SVP, Client Services
Jake is a Bay Area native who joined 3Q Digital in August 2013 and has worked in the digital marketing space since 2011. He is responsible for partnering with clients to understand their goals and create full-funnel digital marketing strategies to produce impactful business outcomes while overseeing large teams who bring the strategies to life with a growth-driven mindset. He has worked with a wide variety of global brands spanning B2B and B2C verticals with digital media budgets ranging from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars. Jake received a degree in communications from UC Santa Barbara, where he graduated with high honors. In his free time Jake enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, gardening, and playing guitar.
Born in the Midwest, Wes has been in San Diego since he was 18 and he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University. Wes was only the third Inseev employee when he joined the company as a Digital PR & Outreach Specialist, and became executive Vice President in just over seven years when Inseev was acquired by 3Q Digital in 2021. At 3Q, Wes oversees a team of ~60 SEO professionals responsible for strategy, technical SEO, link building, and content. In his free time, Wes can be found playing beach volleyball competitively, snowboarding, or seeing live music. A reading and writing enthusiast, his favorite book series is The Red Rising.
SVP, Client Services
Diana joined 3Q Digital in May 2021 and is responsible for building our eCommerce practice by leveraging her expertise in eCommerce, Retail Media, and Search Marketing (SEM, SEO). Recognized by Google as an expert in the paid search industry and a thought leader in the retail space, Diana has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and AdAge. Before becoming a 3Qer, she spent five years as Managing Director and Senior Partner at Mindshare where she drove ecommerce, retail media, and performance marketing for CPG clients. Diana also served in client services leadership roles at iCrossing and iProspect. A Fitchburg State University alumna, Diana is a mom to two precocious “curly girlies” and she dabbles in home decorating and gardening, origami, and amateur-ish chess.
As the leader of new business, Caitlin is responsible for driving growth and new ideas to enable 3Q Digital to best serve new clients. A Dartmouth College alumna, she has worked in digital marketing since 2011 and held positions at Dealer.com and iSearchMedia before joining the 3Q Digital team in March 2014. Caitlin is most excited by data-driven digital marketing experimentation that pushes past best practices to drive growth for 3Q Digital clients. When not at her home base in Vermont, Caitlin is most likely to be found under the sea enjoying scuba diving with sharks, fish, and other creatures in the warm waters of the Caribbean.
As General Counsel, Julie oversees 3Q Digital’s legal and HR functions, and brings a change management lens to all aspects of her work. After close to a decade of class action and business litigation in private practice, she transitioned to in-house roles, where she built out and led the legal team at Rise Interactive, managed commercial work for Anixter, and spent time as a change management consultant. Julie earned a juris doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a bachelor of science in supply chain and information systems from The Pennsylvania State University. Outside of work, Julie enjoys rock climbing and traveling with her family.
SVP, Paid Social
Yomei joined 3Q Digital in October 2021 as SVP, Paid Social, and is focused on driving best-in-class methodologies, partnerships, and adjacent services across new and established social platforms. Yomei comes to 3Q from Facebook where he built full-funnel marketing strategies and hyper-growth solutions for direct-to-consumer businesses, along with optimizing creative for disruptive and established brands. He earned a bachelor of arts in economics from UC Berkeley and he will be based in 3Q’s San Francisco office. As a teenager living in Japan, he aspired to be a professional skateboarder and he toured with Thrasher skateboarding magazine to show them all the best skate spots in Tokyo.
SVP, Search & Growth Labs
An alumnus of Indiana University at Bloomington, Joseph joined 3Q Digital in April of 2013. Although he’s been working on SEM campaigns for more than 10 years and has experience with hundreds of clients in almost every vertical imaginable, Joseph loves that he learns something new in this industry every day. Joseph is a regular contributor to Search Engine Watch, Hero Conf, and the SMX series. What’s more, he’s the coauthor of the Sybex book, Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Marketing: An Hour a Day, and he’s also a published poet and spoken word artist.
Sr. Director, Emerging Media
Tom joined 3Q Digital in 2016 and has served in a number of media and innovation roles. He currently leads the Emerging Media discipline where he is responsible for guiding clients through the next evolution of digital media, specifically as brand and performance marketing merge and the consumer journey becomes increasingly fragmented across emerging technologies. He has a passion for video advertising and has spoken at industry conferences, including Vidcon, about the power of YouTube advertising. A Chicago Area native, Tom was recruited west to the University of Southern California where he played Division-1 volleyball and earned a business degree with a focus in marketing. He and his wife recently moved to Michigan and enjoy backpacking, kayaking, and cycling.
Prior to joining 3Q Digital in December 2015, Feliks served as the Group Director of Analytics with R/GA, where he led Commerce, Personalization, Audience Development, Tag Management, and Automation initiatives. His experience spans the Publishing, CPG, Commerce, Telecom, Entertainment, Finance, Travel, Luxury, and Healthcare verticals for brands including Godiva, Samsung, L’Oréal, Verizon, TD, Fossil, Life Reimagined by AARP, Lincoln Center, Bank of America, Hilton, P&G, and Panasonic.
SVP, Client Services
Sean joined 3Q Digital in 2013 as an Account Manager after earning dual degrees in Interactive Media from DePaul University and Business Administration from Linkoping University in Sweden. During his time at the agency he has served in a number of client services leadership roles and he currently oversees the strategy and delivery of services across the B2B vertical. He leads high priority, multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive limitless growth for his clients. In the earliest days of the digital marketing industry, Sean was a child model gracing the boys section of Dillard’s catalogs. In his free time, he and his wife can be found somewhere within a three hour drive of Chicago in pursuit of a good hike and the great outdoors.
Savitha joined 3Q Digital in December 2021 following 20 years of leadership in Data Science and Analytics, spanning industries such as Telecom, Utility, Retail, Finance, QSR, Insurance, Healthcare, and CPG. She has led the development of solutions for informing and measuring Customer Acquisition, CRM, Omni-channel Marketing, and Customer Journey. Savitha provides data-driven recommendations for strategy, setting up experimental designs, conducting primary and secondary research, and developing learning plans to inform marketing and sales strategies. Savitha has a PhD in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University, Atlanta’s Robinson School of Business. Outside of work, she performs and teaches Indian Classical Music and spends time exploring trails with her family.
EVP, Client Services
Fidel is an accomplished marketing professional who joined 3Q Digital in March 2021 as EVP, client services. Fidel has 20 years of experience helping clients develop strategies that reinvigorate brands while reaching people across all channels in conventional and unconventional ways. Prior to 3Q Digital, Fidel was Global Client President at Carat where he served as the executive lead for the adidas Group portfolio of brands. Over the course of his career, Fidel has helped prominent global retail brands create some of their most iconic and digitally-integrated campaigns. Fidel holds a bachelor of business administration from Whittier College. Fidel enjoys “glamping” while doing a little off roading and he considers snowboarding his fountain of youth.
VP, Corporate Controller
Mark, who joined 3Q Digital in November 2019, is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and treasury management functions. He led the company’s initiative to build out a Chicago based finance team and transition the work from the west coast to 3Q Digital’s new corporate hub. After beginning his career in Deloitte’s external audit practice, Mark has spent the past decade in finance leadership roles in both private equity sponsored and public companies. He enjoys partnering across functions to drive change and impact business operations and results. Mark holds a master of science in accounting and a bachelor of business administration from the University of Notre Dame, and he enjoys watching his alma mater on college football Saturdays.
Linda joined 3Q Digital in February 2020 and oversees corporate marketing initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and expansion through demand generation and account-based marketing programs. Linda has a proven track record of positioning, differentiating, and brand building for both small and large companies including Merkle, ServiceSource, Dell, Motorola, and Avnet. She has also helped build startups by developing transformation strategies in change and brand management, planning and implementing go-to-market strategies, and achieving aggressive growth goals. Linda earned a bachelor of science in business administration from University of Phoenix. A fun fact about Linda is: she likes to turn her living room into an art studio to recreate Bob Ross paintings with her family.
Founder, 3Q Digital
David is the founder of 3Q Digital, which he began in a coffee shop in Pacifica, CA, in 2008. During his tenure as CEO, he grew 3Q Digital to more than 300 employees in ten offices across three continents, managing more than $1.5B of media spend. Prior to 3Q Digital, David held senior marketing roles at several Silicon Valley companies, including Rentals.com, FindLaw, Adteractive, and Mercantila. He has a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Chicago and a juris doctor degree with honors from the University of Iowa College of Law. In his spare time, David enjoys hiking, fishing, watching Iowa Hawkeye sports, and spending time with his family.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jimmy moved to San Diego to complete his MBA at San Diego State University following completion of his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. He started his career at Xerox and worked in marketing departments at several other public companies. In 2013, Jimmy founded Inseev as an independent consultant after learning the trade of data-driven marketing decision-making, and he served as a marketing analyst for several years, working hand in hand with senior marketers and CEOs. At the time of its acquisition by 3Q Digital, Inseev had 60 employees and 100+ clients. Jimmy lives in Rancho Santa Fe, California with his wife, four daughters, and three dogs.
